♥ DIY: Toner for Acne-prone Skin

Hello everyone! Another typhoon is coming in the Philippines and I hope everyone is safe and that what happened during typhoon Yolanda will not happen again this time. I pray for the souls and I pray also for the survivors to recover quickly for Christmas is coming very soon. :( As I've said, there is another typhoon coming so our classes were suspended for safety reasons just for today. So, I just stayed in our house and I will use this time to blog because for the coming days I will be very busy and I got no time to update this blog from time to time. :)

Today, I am going to share to you my toner that I am currently using for my acne and acne scars. Just a background, my acne started January this year after I had my chicken pox and until now, I still don't know the cause of it.

I discovered this toner through Pinkiericegurl on Youtube. If you are interested, click read more to know how to do it. :)

♥ REVIEW: Beauty Cosmetics Flat Top Kabuki Brush

Hi loves! Today's review will be about the Flat Top Kabuki Brush from Beauty Cosmetics. A lot of you know the shop Beauty Cosmetics because they are one of the shops who sells good quality makeup brushes here in the Philippines. I really love their brushes, too bad they don't have a branch here in Davao. So I have to order it online and I find it expensive because of the shipping fee. :( I really want to purchase their brush set because their brush sets have very girly but simple designs which I really like but I think I won't be able to use all the brushes. So, I decided to purchase their flat top kabuki brush instead since I rarely see flat top kabuki brushes here in our malls. So, here is my review about the item. :)

Price: P300
Bought at: Beauty Cosmetics

♥ REVIEW: Sally Hansen Moisturizing Polish Remover

I really love putting nail arts on my nails every week. Yes, every week and I hate that my nails become too dry after removing my nail art with a nail polish remover. And because it is dry, it will become brittle and chip off my nail art. That was always my problem. I've been sticking to a nail polish remover that is cheap and just made in the Philippines. So, I decided to try a new one from an imported brand. When I always go to SM Department Store, I always pass by a kiosk with the brand Sally Hansen. I know their products are very expensive because it is imported and I have seen foreign nail artists use them. So, I never bothered to check their items until one day, I saw their nail polish removers. They have a lot of variety depends on your nail problem. Then, I saw this moisturizing nail polish remover. And so, here is my review. :)

Price: P185
Availability: Sally Hansen counters

♥ REVIEW: Odbo Tint and Gloss

Hello there! For these past few months, I have been searching for a lipstick/lip tint/lip balm that will give color on my pale lips. I want something that's close to natural lip color and not so dark. I sometimes like to have red lips but I hate it when people stare at my lips. So, I saw this shop selling a lip tint that is affordable and has a lot of benefits for the lips. I decided to try it and here is my review.

Odbo is, I think, an Indonesian cosmetic brand. I thought it was a Korean cosmetic brand because Sandara Park is the one endorsing their product. But I've done my research and I read in some blogs that it is an Indonesian cosmetic brand. I'm not really sure. Hehe! :D

Price: P100
Bought at: El Zamora

"Odbo Tint and Gloss is a lip tint that is more less like a lip balm but in liquid condition. It is made in Thailand, and the number 1 best seller in Korea and Thailand. Most of the Korean actress are using this lip tint.

Benefit of it:
  • It enriched with vitamin E and moisturizer. So it won't make your lips look dry.
  • Your lips will look natural in color.
  • Also suitable for smokers."

♥ REVIEW: Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

Hi everyone! Before I share my thoughts about this Cetaphil product, let me just tell my short background about my acne. My acne started last January this year only after I had my chickenpox. :( I thought they were scars left from the chickenpox. So, I did not care about it and still I go to facial centers and had my facial. Until it became worst. I am very depressed and discouraged to go out of the house because I am not used to have a lot of pimples on my face. I only got pimple every once in a while but that was before. So, I decided to go to a dermatologist but it just cost me a lot of money and nothing happened on my acne. Then I searched different articles about how to get rid of acne and I stumbled upon an article that says Cetaphil products works for acne-prone skin. So, I bought the Gentle Skin Cleanser because the Oily Skin Cleanser is way beyond my budget. And so, here is my review. :)

♥ REVIEW: Belo Essentials Face Sunblock with SPF 40 PA+++

Hi everyone! How important sunblock is to you? Well for me, very important. I am not actually using sunblock on my face before because I am just lazy and I don't have much time to wait 20-30 minutes before going out of the house. So I skipped it, not until I already have acne and acne scars. I realized how sunblock is very important for the skin. I am currently suffering from acne and acne scars so I researched on how to reduce it. Then I have read in an article that you need to apply sunblock. I forgot why is that so (hehe) but one thing is for sure, sunblock is very important. So, today I am going to review the Belo Essentials Face Sunblock with SPF 40 PA +++.
