Hello there!
Do you love insects? For me, I really hate insects because they bite and we don't know what virus or sickness will they give us. But today's nail design will be an insect and that is a Lady Bug. I think all of us know what lady bug is, right? So, let us start the tutorial after the jump. :)
Products used:
OPI Nail Envy (base coat)
Bobbie Exactly Red
My Posh Black
Chic Polish White
Seche Vite (top coat)
Dotting Tool
Striper
Step 1: Apply your favorite base coat to prevent your nails from staining.
Step 2: Paint your nails red.
Step 3: Using a black polish, draw a half moon at the tip of your nails.
Step 4: Using a black striper, draw a line on the middle of nail.
Step 5: Let's draw its eyes. Using a dotting tool, dip it in a white polish first and make two dots at the tip. Then, using a smaller dotting tool, dip it in a black polish and make two dots for its pupil.
Step 6: Using a dotting tool again, dip it in a black polish and draw polka dots.
Step 7: Apply top coat and we are done! :)
You can make lady bugs in all of your nails or you can just make plain polka dots on the other nails just like what I did in the photo. :)
